All products displayed are subject to availability. Due to the fluctuating nature of gold and jewellery prices, all prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of purchase.

Orders and Payments

All orders must be confirmed and fully prepaid before processing. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of jewellery and price fluctuations, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase has been completed.

Product Variations

Jewellery may vary slightly in appearance due to craftsmanship, design, or lighting in images. These variations do notqualify as defects.

Shipping

Shipping is offered at the customer’s request and is fully prepaid. Shipping costs and methods will be confirmed beforedispatch. Once an item has been handed over to a courier, Pooja Jewellers is not responsible for any loss, damage, ordelays in transit.
