Pooja Jewellers offers shipping within New Zealand and to selected international destinations.

Order Processing

Orders are processed once payment, product availability and any required order details have been confirmed.

Custom made and made to order jewellery may require additional production time. Any estimated timeframe will be discussed with the customer.

Pricing and Payment

Orders must be fully paid before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.

Any applicable shipping charges will be disclosed before the purchase is completed.

New Zealand Shipping

Available delivery options and shipping costs will be confirmed during the ordering process or before dispatch.

Where tracking information is available, it will be provided to the customer.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to selected destinations.

Delivery charges will be confirmed before the order is completed.

Customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, levies or other charges imposed by authorities in the destination country unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery Timeframes

Any delivery timeframe provided is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Courier delays, customs processing, weather events and other circumstances may affect delivery times.

This does not limit any rights customers have under applicable consumer law.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Deliveries

Where Pooja Jewellers arranges delivery, please contact us if an order is lost, significantly delayed or arrives damaged.

We will work with the carrier and customer to resolve the matter in accordance with our obligations under applicable consumer law.

Customer Arranged Shipping

Customers may request to arrange their own courier or carrier.

Where the customer independently contracts the carrier, responsibility for the carriage service will be subject to the agreement between the customer and their selected carrier and any rights provided by law.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your delivery information.

Additional costs caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer may be charged where permitted by law.
