All Sales Final
Due to the nature of jewellery and the fluctuating price of gold and precious materials, all sales are final. We do notoffer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once a purchase has been completed.
Pricing and Market Fluctuations
All prices are based on current market rates and may change without notice. Once a purchase is confirmed and paid for, the agreed price is final and cannot be adjusted.
Faulty or Defective Items
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Custom and Special Orders
Custom-made or special order items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once production has begun or theorder has been completed.
